Dojo Family,

At this point we are sure that you see what we are seeing.  People are fighting over gasoline.  Many still dont have power, heat or hot water.

There are many towns that still have no street lights and most people are hesitant to travel.

West Hempstead Schools are still closed.  They re-open for students on Wednesday.

With that in mind, Sensei's believe it is in everyone's best interest to wait until Wednesday to re-open the dojo.  By that time, hopefully most will have power and the gas issue should be easing.  Sensei Brogna drove to Connecticut last night to purchase gas.

Sensei and I will gladly offer make ups for all the missed days.  In addition, we would like to make November Family Month.  Please use the dojo as a way for family members to relieve stress, get a good workout, and have a great time.  Everyone in your family is welcome to come to class.  Everyone can use a positive experience right now.

For children, please bring new students to the White to Orange class.  If your child is in the orange and up class, they may accompany your other child to the White to Orange class, and then stay for their own class.  The advanced class is too difficult for new students.

Again, thanks for your understanding during this difficult time for everyone.

Best wishes, hope everyone is doing better.  See you Wednesday.

Sensei
